Please take a walk around the inn, where you can experience the historical atmosphere.
Additionally, the souvenir shop offers a wide variety of items from contemporary artists, carefully selected by the young landlady. A stroll through the inn is sure to be enjoyable.
The mark on the right is made from stained glass. Our ancestor, Tsurukichi Chigira, designed the crane.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire building (all guest rooms).
On the right as you enter the entrance is a kakejiku (hanging scroll) titled "Lake Haruna, Autumn Colors" by Gyokudo Kawai, a master of modern Japanese painting. It is a Nifuku, painted specifically for the Chigira Jinsentei. Gyokudo loved Japanese nature, and his ink and lines are unique. On the left is a large four-shaku platter with five lively cranes, titled "Dyed Tsuru-e (crane painting in underglaze blue)" by Jin'emon Kiln.
Behind the reception desk is a letter from Roka Tokutomi to the previous owner, informing him of the joy at the completion of his novel "Fuji".
The lobby lounge is lined with brown sofas that resemble the color of "Kogane-no-Yu (golden hot spring water)". There is also a souvenir corner.
The souvenir corner, popular among women, offers a wide variety of goods, including local products from Gunma. Please visit our shop.
